Enterprise Architect (12-month contract)

The above vacancy exists within the SAMRO Distributions Team and reports to the General Manager: Distributions. The purpose of the job is to lead the organisation through a process of system review and selection.

Key performance areas include:

  • Business system research;
  • Business system selection and approval;
  • System migration;
  • Budgeting;
  • Documentation formulation and approval.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Organisation and Board through a process of system selection to achieve business objectives;
  • Research, identify and advise on system solutions;
  • Management of system budgets, scope and timelines;
  • Guide and ensure governance through the process of system selection and approval;
  • Responsible for the architectural design of blue print, business systems, technology solutions and processes;
  • Responsible for creation of all the necessary documentation for the execution of a business system replacement project, post selection and approval.

Minimum Requirements:

  • An Honours Degree in a relevant field;
  • Five years’ experience in the copyright protection industry;
  • Five years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent understanding of hardware and software systems.
