HR PAYROLL & GENERAL ADMINISTRATOR

The above vacancy exists within the Human Resources Department and reports to the HR Generalist. The purpose of the position is to ensure that all Payroll and HR Administration is done accurately and timeously. The ideal candidate will be someone who has successfully completed Grade 12, has completed a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources and/or Payroll Administration and has 3 to 5 years’ experience in Payroll processing and HR administration.

Key Performance areas:

  • End to end payroll processing & administration on VIP payroll system (including tax).
  • Benefit & third party payment processing and administration.
  • Systems administration and maintenance.
  • Recruitment and other administration.
  • Policies, Governance and Reporting.
  • Support in all areas of HR.

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric.
  • Human Resources and/or Payroll Administration Degree or Diploma.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in Payroll and HR Administration.
  • Knowledge of VIP systems is essential.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate PC and keyboard skills with strong knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing packages.
  • Excellent administration skills.
