Personal Assistant to CFO

The above vacancy exists within the CFO’s Office and reports to the Chief Financial Officer. The core purpose of the position is ensure optimal productivity and efficiency of the office of the CFO by delivering effective and timely supportive services. The ideal candidate will be someone who has successfully completed Matric with a relevant post matric qualification in office administration and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

  Key Performance areas:

  • Diary management;
  • Travel arrangements;
  • Office Administration;
  • Communication and Information Liaison;
  • Reporting of statistical information monthly.

  Minimum requirements:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Intermediate PC and keyboard skills with strong knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing packages;
  • High level of professionalism and integrity;
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure;
  • Working knowledge of Google Mail;
  • Matric and 3 years relevant experience;
  • A relevant post matric qualification in office administration;
