Personal Assistant: EGM Sales

The above position exists within the Sales Division and reports to the Executive General Manager: Sales. The purpose of the position is to perform personal assistant duties for the Executive General Manager’s office and to ensure that the office functions efficiently at all times. The ideal candidate will have a Matric certificate, formal recognised Executive Personal Assistant qualification, and at least 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant.  

Key Performance areas:

  •  Management of electronic diaries.
  • Communication and information management.
  • Flight and travel arrangements.
  • Management of conferences, functions and meetings.
  • Incidental secretarial duties.
  • General office administration.
  • Presentations 
  • Reports
  • Processing claims (for divisional managers)

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric. 
  • Executive PA qualification.
  • 2-3 years relevant experience. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good typing skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced practical knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Working knowledge of Google Mail.
