Senior Licensing Helpdesk Consultant

The above vacancy exists within the Licensing Helpdesk section of the Sales Division and reports to the Manager: Credit Control. The purpose is to ensure customer satisfaction at the Licensing Helpdesk. The ideal candidate would be someone who has successfully completed Grade 12 and has a post matric qualification as well as 2 years’ supervisory experience.

  • Query resolution.
  • Telecommunications.
  • Customer interaction quality.
  • Administration queries.
  • Supervisory duties.
  • Adhoc duties.

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric.
  • Post Matric qualification.
  • 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate level PC & Keyboard skills including working knowledge of word processing & spreadsheet packages.
  • Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.
