The above vacancy exists within the Licensing Division and reports to the New Business Manager. The purpose of the role is for the generation of revenue by getting completed signed licence agreements returned for processing as well asmanagement of licensee relationships to ensure invoices are settled timeously. The role is responsible for creating and managing strategic relationships with corporate stakeholders and government, to assist in the management of collections from invoices, to negotiate and close contracts or deals with government entities and municipalities. Strategically plan and submit set plans. The ideal candidate will be someone who has successfully completed Matric and has a Degree in Business Administration or related field and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior sales/licensing role.

The purpose of the job is to have a dedicated and service-oriented GM: Member Services who will oversee our member services team including developing strategies and policies focused on enhancing the SAMRO members experience, service delivery outcomes achieved and further manage the application of operational delivery. The GM: Member Services will be responsible for leading and directing all membership operations including member satisfaction, retention strategies and membership-related programming.
