The above vacancy exists within the Quality Control department in the Fraud and Risk division and
reports to the Team Leader: Quality Control.
The purpose of these positions is to ensure SAMRO’s reputation remains intact by applying quality
assurance checks on processed and captured information on the organization’s administrative
systems, and to ensure data integrity is maintained.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has successfully completed Grade 12, has a post-Matric
qualification in External Audit, Internal Audit, Quality Assurance, Quality Control or the equivalent with
a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar environment.

executing SAMRO’s marketing and communications strategy to enhance brand
positioning, reputation, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires a dynamic
professional with the ability to develop and implement strategic marketing and
initiatives, manage internal and external communications, and drive key value
propositions that align with evolving market and business needs. This is an
opportunity to shape SAMRO’s marketing efforts while contributing to the

The above vacancy exists within the Information Technology Division and reports to the IT Systems Manager. The purpose of the role is to create digital experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and visual appealing user interfaces accessible to users. The role requires researching user needs, creating prototypes and wire frames, test usability, and iterate designs to optimize user satisfaction. They are also responsible for creating a seamless experience that is visually appealing, enjoyable, and easy to navigate.

The above vacancy exists within the Licensing Division and reports to the Supervisor: Licensing. The
purpose of this role is to grow revenue through licensing music users in a call centre environment.
The objective is to ensure compliance and that unauthorised music users are contacted and licensed
successfully. The ideal candidate must have successfully completed matric and have at least three
year’s working experience in telesales/cold calling.

The purpose of the role is for the generation of revenue by getting completed signed licence agreements returned for processing as well asmanagement of licensee relationships to ensure invoices are settled timeously. The role is responsible for creating and managing strategic relationships with corporate stakeholders and government, to assist in the management of collections from invoices, to negotiate and close contracts or deals with government entities and municipalities. Strategically plan and submit set plans. The ideal candidate will be someone who has successfully completed Matric and has a Degree in Business Administration or related field and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior sales/licensing role.
