The above vacancy exists within the Member Services Division and reports to the Chief Operations Officer (COO). The purpose of the job is to have a dedicated and service-oriented GM: Member Services who will oversee our member services team including developing strategies and policies focused on enhancing the SAMRO members experience, service delivery outcomes achieved and further manage the application of operational delivery. The GM: Member Services will be responsible for leading and directing all membership operations including member satisfaction, retention strategies and membership-related programming.

The above vacancy exists within the Marketing and Communications department and reports to the Manager: Marketing & Communications. The purpose of the position is to oversee all communications and public relations initiatives for SAMRO by managing all internal and external communications with its diverse stakeholders to achieve mutual understanding and realise organisational goals around the brand, corporate image and reputation.

The above vacancy exists within the Legal Services department and reports to the Senior Legal Advisor. The purpose of this role is to provide legal services and support to the company, as well as play a support role to the Legal Services General Manager.
