The Company Secretary role is responsible for providing the Board and Management with guidance in their duties, responsibilities, and powers and ensuring their awareness and knowledge of all laws and regulations relevant to the organisation, including monitoring and advising them on business ethics, good governance, and the relevant international developments thereof.

The above vacancy exists within the Legal Services to provide strategic legal support to the business in line with the approved organisational and departmental strategy.
