The above vacancy exists within the Documentation department in the Distributions division and reports to the Cue Sheet Controller. The purpose of the position is to ensure that all SAMRO systems are activated or amended with the correct audio visual owners and their shareholding in time for the various distributions.The ideal candidate will be someone who has successfully completed Grade 12 with 12 months’ experience as a Data Capturer.

The purpose of the role is to create digital experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and visual appealing user interfaces accessible to users. The role requires researching user needs, creating prototypes and wire frames, test usability, and iterate designs to optimize user satisfaction. They are also responsible for creating a seamless experience that is visually appealing, enjoyable, and easy to navigate.

The purpose of the position is to capture, match and link usage lines form usage journals to the SAMRO database. The ideal candidate will be someone who has successfully completed Grade 12 with 1 year’s experience as a Data Capturer.

The above vacancy exists within the Licensing Division and reports to the Supervisor: Licensing. The
purpose of this role is to grow revenue through licensing music users in a call centre environment.
The objective is to ensure compliance and that unauthorised music users are contacted and licensed
successfully. The ideal candidate must have successfully completed matric and have at least three
year’s working experience in telesales/cold calling.

The purpose of the role is for the generation of revenue by getting completed signed licence agreements returned for processing as well asmanagement of licensee relationships to ensure invoices are settled timeously. The role is responsible for creating and managing strategic relationships with corporate stakeholders and government, to assist in the management of collections from invoices, to negotiate and close contracts or deals with government entities and municipalities. Strategically plan and submit set plans. The ideal candidate will be someone who has successfully completed Matric and has a Degree in Business Administration or related field and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior sales/licensing role.

The purpose of the job is to have a dedicated and service-oriented GM: Member Services who will oversee our member services team including developing strategies and policies focused on enhancing the SAMRO members experience, service delivery outcomes achieved and further manage the application of operational delivery. The GM: Member Services will be responsible for leading and directing all membership operations including member satisfaction, retention strategies and membership-related programming.
