The ideal candidate will be someone who has successfully completed Grade 12 and has a degree or diploma in Public Relations and Communications or related field and has 3 years’ relevant experience.
Key Performance areas:
- Develop and execute effective communication and public relations programs
- Coordinating all communications and public relations activities
- Build relationships with thought leaders to grow brand awareness and effectively position brand SAMRO in the industry
- Develop the necessary communication tools to ensure brand usage and consistency - Brand guardian and custodian
- Coordinate internal communication activities, interfacing with internal clients
- Support the sponsorship, CSI and events strategy to leverage PR, communication and branding opportunities for SAMRO
Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Degree or 3-year Diploma
- 3years’ experience in PR, Communications and journalism
- Basic computer skills
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills
- Relationship building and networking skills
- Driver’s license
